Dissertation Express orders can be placed through the Interlibrary Loan Office. (For those who prefer to borrow, the Library will continue to make dissertation copies available on loan from other institutions.)
A Dissertation Express Form must be printed out, completed, and returned or mailed to the Interlibrary Loan Services Office on the 1st floor of Perry Library. Additional pre-printed forms are available there. If you have any questions, please call the Interlibrary Loan Services Office at (757) 683-4170.
